SCOPE OF OUR WORK
Remove all operable and stationary panels on each sliding door and sliding window assembly.
- Clean all aluminum base track systems and unclog weep holes at bottom frames.
- Remove and replace all foam baffles at aluminum frames.
- Remove and replace all pile pads below and above interlock.
- Replace weather-stripping components in all door and window frames.
- Install all new door and window parts, including bumpers, wheels, handles, mortise locks and track covers.
- Seal all non-movable window panels and joints of frames.
- General overall adjustment, balancing and lubrication.
