SCOPE OF OUR WORK
Building General Repair of Glazing Systems. In most of the units, we performed:
- Inspect each sliding glass door for proper operation.
- Clean each sliding glass door track thoroughly.
- Replace existing rollers with new stainless-steel and lubricate with silicone lubricant.
- Install new stainless-steel triangular cover with stainless-steel screws to provide new sliding surface for new rollers.
- Adjust roller height to gain proper alignment.
- Inspect existing locking mechanism and adjust handle assembly to ensure proper locking.
- Lubricate existing locking mechanism with silicone lubricant.
